Flexi Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Flexi Driver to join a growing team at a newly established warehouse in Basildon. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth warehouse operations, maintaining efficiency, and meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating forklifts, flexi-trucks, and counterbalance forklifts to move pallets into storage locations, load deliveries, and unload HGVs.
2. Receiving goods, conducting stock checks, managing inventory, and ensuring all shipments have the correct paperwork.
3. Inspecting incoming stock for accuracy and quality, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
4. Picking, packing, and labelling products for dispatch.
5. Identifying and reporting any equipment faults or operational issues.

Requirements:

• Strong experience on Flexi-truck (out of date / inhouse licence considered).
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy products of 20kg.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills for stock control.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30.
