Role Overview

Based at Heathrow, you will be responsible for the delivery of mechanical packages within a complex, live environment. The role will see you managing projects from planning through to completion, working closely with clients, supply chain partners, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and commercially successful delivery.

This position would suit a Project Manager with a solid grounding in commercial building services who is looking to develop their career within a large, structured organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical project delivery from pre-construction through to handover

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers

• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and specification

• Maintain strict health & safety and quality standards within an aviation environment

• Control procurement, variations, and commercial performance

• Provide regular reporting to senior management and the client

• Support commissioning and project close-out

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role

• A strong background delivering commercial building services projects

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in busy or live environments

• Good commercial and contractual awareness

• Strong communication and leadership skills

Candidates without the minimum project management experience will not be considered.
