The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing MEP contractor at a point where you can genuinely influence the future of the mechanical division.

Established for five years, the company is already delivering projects across Ireland, Germany, and Holland, with a strong UK portfolio spanning NHS, schools, commercial, and leisure schemes. As the order book grows, the business is looking for a driven Mechanical Project Manager who wants to develop into a senior figure and, in time, build and lead their own team.

The Role

You will take ownership of mechanical packages across projects in London and the South Coast, managing delivery from pre-construction through to completion. Alongside running projects, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a key part in shaping how the division expands.

Hybrid working can be offered for a few days per week depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical projects safely, on programme, and within budget

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality

• Liaise with clients across healthcare, education, commercial, and leisure sectors

• Manage procurement, cost control, and reporting

• Contribute to recruitment, mentoring, and the future growth of the team

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services

• Experience in sectors such as NHS, education, commercial, or leisure

• Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability

• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by progression
