Hi I’m Louise, I’m a Candidate Manager at Streamline.  I work in the Tilbury office supporting the Industrial, Driving and Commercial Teams.

I recruit and resource candidates across all desks in Tilbury, ranging from warehouse operatives, Heavy Goods Drivers, and commercial business support positions up to operation managers. 

I have 15 plus years of recruitment experience within various industries.  I am skilled in Permanent & Temporary Placements, Customer Service, Sales, Executive Search, and Business Development.  Being able to assist candidates and client in their hiring process is a so rewarding it keeps me passionate about my role.

I am positive person with an optimist outlook to most things in life.  I’m passionate about honesty and transparency and from experience know the best relationships in business and life are built upon these attributes.  I am family orientated and spend most of my free time enjoying time with my kids and family.
