Electrical Project Manager

Profile 

We are looking for a Electrical Project Manager to join one of the largest M&E contractors within London who are on the hunt for someone to join their commercial fit - out & infrastructure division based in London. The right candidate will have experience of working as a Project Lead from first phases of the scheme through to final handover. You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and Divisional Director.

This is for one of the largest M&E contractors in London who ranked within the Top 20 of businesses within M&E last year. They have a company turnover of around £80,000,000 and work with large main contractors such as Mace, Overbury and BW Interiors. With a strong track record of overseeing schemes of up to £15,000,000 they have a healthy orderbook for the new year hence the recruitment for this position.

Duties & additional Information

• Proven track record of working on commercial projects ranging from £3,000,000 - £10,000,000
• Must have a good understanding of fit - out and infrastructure works 
• Reporting into a Contracts Manager & Divisional Director 
• 7:00am - 4:00pm shift times
• Projects within Central London
• Would be overseeing a electrical team of Managers & Supervisors
• Overseeing all project budgets of the electrical packages
• Client facing, producing weekly progress reports
• Producing RAMS
