Recruitment Consultant - MEP Design

Job description

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant or someone looking to step in to a Consultant role for our MEP Design desk.

This desk has been built up over the last 5 years and due to that person now leaving to set up on their own, this is a hot desk with an excellent portfolio of clients and a database full of candidates. 

Streamline have been working within this sector for over 20 years and have an excellent name within the industry having placed a lot of our clients themselves initially as candidates.

Training and mentoring will be given on the job if needed and you will be working closely alongside our experienced and very well established MEP CAD desk.

Role Description

This is a full-time based role in fantastic modern offices based near Liverpool Street with lots of break out areas.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle in MEP design, liaising with clients to identify their business needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and providing consultation on candidate suitability. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop and build their own desk with the support and backing of an experienced senior team.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience in the MEP Design sector is not essential but beneficial.
• Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consulting skills.
• Have excellent organisational skills as well as being methodical in the way your work and plan your days. 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
