Our client are looking for an experienced BIM coordinator to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in BIM coordination and CAD drafting, with a background in AV, Security and networking.
They will be welcomed into an inclusive, friendly company where their skills are appreciated and rewarded.
Responsibilities:
Assist the BIM Manager with standards, development & workload resourcing
Drafting and modelling of AV, Security & IT/Networking services
Attend coordination meetings
Perform clash detection & QA
Projects:
- Majority of projects are stage 3 to 4, with some at stage 5
- A range of sectors including Data Centres, Hospitality and commercial
- A very prestigious client base
Key Requirements:
- 3 Years Revit
- 3 Years Autocad
- 1 Year Navisworks
Ideal experience but not essential:
- AV, Security, Networking & Data Centre background
- Dynamo
- Revit Family Creation
- Coaching of junior staff
Salary: £ DOE
Holiday: 25 Days + Birthday
