Streamline Services presents an exceptional opportunity for a experianced Customer Support Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Thurrock. In this role, you will oversee all client inquiries and logistical needs, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure SLAs are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customs documentation and paperwork efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal departments, and subcontractors via phone and email.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and KPIs for the management team.
- Maintain stock compliance and paperwork integrity, ensuring timely uploading onto the in-house system.
- Supervise daily deliveries, providing timely updates to customers regarding ETAs.
- Provide additional support to the operational team as needed.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 / 08:30-17:30 Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per annum
