Mechanical Project Manager

Job Role

We are currently working with one of the biggest Fit - Out contractors in London who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to work on their commercial sector with their projects are in the Central London areas. This is one of our best recruitment partners within the industry and they have noted that they are looking to have their best year to date.

Company Overview 

The business in question is currently on a company turnover of around £100,000,000 and have won some brilliant projects that will be keeping them busy for 2024. With a fantastic reputation within the fit out industry they have a great progressive structure and due to the project wins. They have had a massive recruitment drive currently as their order book is fully filled for the year.

Duties 

• Reporting into a Mechanical Construction Director
• Overseeing multiple projects at once 
• Liaising with a Pre - Construction Managers 
• Overseeing sub - contractors 
• Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports
• Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation

Requirements

• SMSTS 
• Must have experience with commercial projects 
• Can oversee multiple projects at once
• Working for a sub - contractor is preferred but not essential 
• Flexibility to travel in Central London
• Previous experience with working with a D&B contractor is preferred but not essential 
• Be able demonstrate experience in working to deadlines and delivering works on time 
• Understanding of Microsoft Project systems
