Streamline have proudly partnered with a well established M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join a residential scheme in Canning Town, 5 minutes from Stratford so is a easy commute with great transport links to site.
The candidate must have experience within residential fit - out and shell & core packages, project value is around £(phone number removed) M&E so ideally someone who has experience working on these values or more would be beneficial.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reporting into a Mechanical Project Lead
- SMSTS or SSSTS tickets
- Experience in overseeing Mechanical packages
- Sub - contractor experience is preferred but not essential
- Residential experience is essential
- Understanding of overseeing sub - contractors
- Responsible input for RAMS
Note; This will be a CIS position directly employed through the business, day rate is up to £300 per day.
