This role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction by collaborating with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, forecast supply and demand, and keep inventory flowing seamlessly.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Update and review weekly reports to keep everything accurate and efficient.
- Customer Communication: Keep customers in the loop about their orders, delivering exceptional service.
- Customs Coordination: Handle customs clearance with external agencies to ensure smooth processing.
- Transport Arrangements: Book transportation with internal and external providers to keep goods moving.
