About the company 

Streamline Recruitment have partnered with a leading M&E contractor who specialise in Commercial, Data Centre & Critical Environment projects in London.

Due to their current demand within the industry, they are looking for a Project Administrator to join the team. The role will require you to be working on behalf of a client of theirs and be in a client facing position. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to join a leading company who are heavily focused on career development and progression as well as having a family feel to the company.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supporting Project Managers & Contract Managers of end client 
2. Responsible for Dome & E Permits 
3. Onboarding new operatives joining the site
4. Host meetings for past & future projects with end client. 
5. Supporting Project Managers with Site Paperwork 
6. Correlate and formulate site plans 
7. General Administrative duties
8. Using Scheduling software to plan site needs 
9. Preparing invoices and purchase orders 
10. Attending meetings & taking minutes 

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years Project/Site Administration experience
2. Willing to work Monday – Friday on site in City of London
3. Previous experience being in a client facing role
4. Previous experience working for M&E contractor/Sub Contractor 
5. Stable CV – 2 years minimum at each company
