Client Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Account Manager to join a friendly and passionate team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, driving business growth, and serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, questions, and product information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and cultivate relationships with Medium to Large clients, overseeing an annual expenditure.
• Focus on retaining and expanding existing accounts through the development of strong client relationships.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities by providing quotes and leads to the quoting team for organically generated inquiries.
• Foster repeat business by engaging clients effectively, ensuring satisfaction, and building loyalty.
• Maintain daily updates on the CRM system for assigned clients.
• Provide prompt assistance for client inquiries and address queries efficiently.
• Provide clients with product & service infomation..
