Position: Assistant/Junior BMS Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and coordinate sub-contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Programme Creation and Management: Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Contract Management: Handle contract details, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Health & Safety Implementation: Uphold and enforce the highest standards of health & safety.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain quality across all project aspects.
- Document Control: Manage and organise project documentation.
- Client Meetings: Attend and contribute to client meetings, representing the project team.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- BMS Knowledge: A solid understanding of BMS and the processes from inception to completion.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to support colleagues, address issues proactively, and work towards team objectives.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Competence in Word and Excel.
- Team Management: Experience in supervising staff and coordinating teams is advantageous.

Candidate Requirements:

- Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in written and oral English.
- Work Authorization: Must have permission to work in the UK without restriction.

- Must have either SSSTS or SMSTS Qualification
