Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate mechanical estimates for residential projects.
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to ensure precise costing.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the M&E sector.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
