**About the Role**
As our BIM MEP Data Model Manager, your role will be pivotal in several key areas:
- Supporting various projects by providing crucial BIM insights and assistance, with a focus on setting up and managing Cobie & asset data fields to propel our success.
- Ensuring project compliance with the Building Execution Plan (BEP), maintaining our high standards of quality while tackling intricate challenges in Revit.
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships to guarantee that subcontractors adhere to BIM protocols, integrating point cloud models efficiently, and managing internal models with precision.
- Utilizing your creative talents in Revit family creation and federated model development, helping to lay the foundation for innovative infrastructure projects.
- Engaging in ongoing learning and growth opportunities while being mentored by top-tier BIM Managers, enhancing your expertise continually.
**Responsibilities**
- Support project execution through advanced BIM guidance and management.
- Ensure compliance with BEP and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence.
- Serve as a key liaison for BIM protocol adherence with subcontractors.
