Streamline Services are currently looking for an experienced Accounts professional on behalf of our client, a leading frozen foods wholesaler based in Rainham, Essex.
This is a full time permanent position (Monday Friday), Salary up to £30,000pa DOE + benefits.
We are currently looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate to join our clients finance team, with a strong attention to detail. The role will involve managing the purchase ledger, processing expenses, bank reconciliation's, dealing with supplier queries and general bookkeeping tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Updating the purchase ledger
- Processing expenses
- Processing invoices
- Bank reconciliation's
- Preparing monthly payments
- Cash book posting
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Must have previous accounts experience, bookkeeping etc
- Able to assist with accounts for a company with a 104 million turnover
- Attention to detail
- AAT qualified would be desirable not not essential
- Able to work alone as well as in a team
- Self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word and CRM systems
