Customer Co-Ordinator

Streamline Recruitment are looking for a Customer Operations Co-Ordinator  on behalf of our client, a global distributor of specialty products for the oil industry, based in Wickford, Essex.

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm salary up to £26,000 DOE + Benefits;

Responsibilities;

• Monitor and maintain stock levels at various locations
• Process orders and complete invoices 
• Booking and arranging haulage 
• Customs clearance 
• Liaising with multiple departments to ensure orders are correct and sent out on time 
• Responsible for meeting individual and business targets within the agreed timeframes
• Ensure all documentation and systems are always kept up to date

Requirements;

• Previous Customer Service & Admin experience 
• Experience working within logistics/haulage/freight sector 
• Knowledge of Custom and Excise procedures, including export declarations
• English and Maths GCSE Grade C or equivalent
• Experience of using a CRM system, Sage 200 preferred
• Stock management experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail & time management skills
