Electrical Project Manager - Canary Wharf
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established M&E contractor with a strong reputation in the commercial and data centre sectors. The company has a turnover of around £80 million and is known for its commitment to supporting and developing its staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account management, working closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met and projects are delivered on time.
• Managing the delivery of electrical services for commercial and data centre projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and industry standards.
• Leading site teams, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and solving any issues that arise during project execution.
• Providing technical support and expertise as required.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing electrical projects, particularly within commercial and data centre environments.
• SMSTS
• Experience within CAT A/B fit outs
• Strong background in account management, with a focus on critical services.
• Previous experience in producing and managing programmes.
• Previous experience in surveying and pricing projects.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
• Have previously delivered electrical fit-out and infrastructure projects. 
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
