Streamline Recruitment are currently dealing with recurring client of ours who are looking for a Electrical Project Manager to join their commercial team in  Central London.

Company Overview

The company that Streamline Recruitment are currently liaising with one of the most established M&E contractors within London and have a brilliant reputation within the industry. 

The business are very busy across their main sector that is predominantly commercial Shell & core and Fit Out.

This project will be a commercial scheme where the candidate will be working on a Life Science project in Shepherds Bush  

With a record company turnover of  100+ million pounds this is a brilliant chance to progress with a business that looks after their staff long term.

Duties 

• Reporting into a Project Director 
• Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office
• Oversee sub - contractors 
• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
• Dealing with sub - contractors
• Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports
• Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred 
• Has experience within commercial  / Life Science projects
• Previous experience as a mechanical project lead
• Stable CV
• Understanding of the residential aspect of construction
