 Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager seeking a dynamic and rewarding role? This is an exceptional chance to lead a high-profile project in the heart of London, with a competitive salary of up to £75,000 - £85,000.

Role Overview:
 The project is a substantial £12m Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) endeavour, with approximately half of the budget allocated to electrical works. Situated above a large retail unit in Oxford Circus, this fast-paced project involves a comprehensive Cat A fit-out across three floors. The scope includes 2 toilet cores, new infrastructure connecting to a new LV switchboard, new busbar riser, roof plant, basement EOJ facilities, new reception, generator, fire alarm, security, access control, data, new lighting and lighting control, and lightning protection extension. The project spans 3 months of pre-construction and 12 months on-site.

Team Structure:
 - Electrical Project Manager
 - Mechanical Project Manager
 - 2 Construction Managers (Electrical)
 - 2 Construction Managers (Mechanical)
 - Commissioning Manager
 - Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:
 - Overseeing the electrical aspects of the project from inception to completion.
 - Coordinating with the Mechanical Project Manager and other team members.
 - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
 - Managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
 - Liaising with stakeholders and maintaining clear communication channels.

Skills & Experience Required:
 - Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale M&E projects.
 - Strong understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure.
 - Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 - Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
 - Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
