Electrical Supervisor – London
Hourly Rate: £22.50 per hour + Overtime

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a reputable M&E contractor, specializing in commercial and data centre projects. With a turnover of around £80 million, this company is known for its commitment to staff development and a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical installations on site, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Lead and mentor apprentices, providing guidance and fostering their development.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, working closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights as required. Night shifts are available at an inflated rate.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in electrical supervision, particularly in commercial or data centre projects.
• Background in account management and managing critical services.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring apprentices.
• Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and nights when necessary.
• Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

The role is based in London, with an hourly rate of £22.50. Overtime is paid at time and a half on Fridays, with additional opportunities for night shifts at an inflated rate.
