Logistics Coordinator

Streamline Services are currently looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading luxury jewellery dealer and retailer, based near Holborn.
This is a full-time permanent position, Salary NEG DOE Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. You will be working with an extensive client base within the UK & Globally.
Responsibilities:
- Managing an extensive client base liaising between client and shipping companies to ensure a quick and seamless delivery experience
- Preparing and providing shipping quotes for customers
- Communicating and understanding the customer’s preferred courier method
- Processing shipping paperwork
- Handling queries and issues regarding customs clearance
- Obtaining and checking shipping invoices and preparing shipping labels
- Coordinating collections and returns, both online and in person
- Resolving any customer queries and complaints
- Keeping track of, and ordering, shipping supplies
- Packaging of items
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator or a similar position within Shipping/Freight
- Experience with luxury goods
- Experience dealing with Import/Exports & Customs
- Strong knowledge and understanding of international shipping requirements
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
