Streamline Recruitment are currently working with one of London's leading M&E contractors who are looking for a Electrical Contracts Manager to join their commercial sector
Company Overview
The business in question is currently on a company turnover of around £180,000,000 and have won some brilliant projects that will be keeping them busy for 2024. With a fantastic reputation within the fit out industry they have a great progressive structure and due to the project wins. They have had a massive recruitment drive currently as their order book is fully filled for the year.
Duties
- Reporting into a Project Director
- Responsible for site teams such as construction managers & supervisors
- Overseeing sub - contractors
- Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports
- Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation
Requirements
- SMSTS
- Must have experience with commercial projects
- Working for a sub - contractor is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to travel in Central London
- Be able demonstrate experience in working to deadlines and delivering works on time
