• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
• Implement and maintain document control procedures and systems.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific and company-wide documentation standards.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
