Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead operations at a busy distribution site. The role involves managing a dedicated team to ensure the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in warehouse management within a fast-paced environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the warehouse operations team.
• Manage goods-in, goods-out, quality checks and stock accuracy processes to maintain high levels of efficiency.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational accuracy and productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing training and support where necessary.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to processes and policies.
• Support the team’s wellbeing, addressing attendance and performance concerns promptly and appropriately.
