Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for a motivated Sales Manager to oversee the operations of a fast-paced sales support team. This role involves managing a team of administrators who handle customer orders, queries, and related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership and customer service, with a focus on process improvement and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
2. Manage and lead a team of Sales Office Administrators to ensure efficient handling of sales orders and customer queries via phone and email.
3. Track sales performance and provide regular reports, including monthly sales figures, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales office activities with broader business goals and objectives.
5. Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous improvement in their performance and processes.
6. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day sales office operations to drive team effectiveness and productivity.
7. Monitor the wellbeing and attendance of the team, addressing performance concerns according to company policies.
8. Identify areas for improvement in policies and processes to enhance service standards and operational efficiency.
