Description
We are looking for a M&E Project Manager (Electrically bias) to join a well established M&E contractor to look after their commercial project in Central London.
The M&E project value is around £2,500,000 on the fit out packages. With the project becoming live in September with a Project Director visiting on site once a week.
Business
The business that we are working alongside are well established who have been around for 50 years. They have a company turnover of around £(phone number removed) and are looking to grow their pipeline outside of the M25 so will give real opportunities to their staff.

- Reporting into a Project Director
- Overseeing sub - contractors
- Working on projects from design through to final handover
- Must have experience of client facing
- Electrically bias but must have a good understanding of Mechanical procedures too
- Wants to grow and progress their career
- Commercial fit - out experience is essential
