The Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire ductwork package, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. This includes:

- Conducting safe starts each morning to ensure the team is prepared and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Managing the project timeline and ensuring adherence to the programme.
- Proactively solving problems to facilitate smooth and productive installation by the ductworkers.
- Maintaining a high standard of health and safety management on-site.
