Senior / Lead BIM MEP Coordinator    

Location: Central London    

Hybrid working 

Salary: £60,000+ Travel + Benefits  

Status: Permanent, Full Time

Position: 

We are currently working on behalf of an MEP Building Services Sub Contractor based in the heart of the city.  

This is a Permanent position offering good flexible working practice and outstanding benefits package including international based work opportunities. The London office is a great place to work and you will be adding to a very established and successful BIM operation.

Key responsibilities / duties include:

Production of general arrangement and detailed drawings of building services

All work to be produced in Revit 3D

Production of 3D models and graphics

Responsibility of change control and co-ordination with architectural and other external drawings

Assistance in resourcing and workload management

Assistance and training of junior technicians in Revit and general drawing protocols

Production of standard templates and details

Capabilities and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have Significant commercial experience in UK Building Services marketplace.  

Have a keen interest in BIM and its development in the industry.

Good stable working career to date. 

The ideal candidates must:

Good working knowledge and experience with BIM360 

Experience and understanding of emerging modelling Technology: Dynamo 

Experience with BEP and BIM standards 

Good software knowledge of BIM plug-ins 

Knowledge of Cobie. 

Have undergone formal Revit Training

Have solid BIM and Revit MEP project experience. 

Have experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages

Be a good team player

Have good communication skills.
