Job Description:

A well-established UK based Consultancy are seeking a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator who has a combination of technical expertise and adaptability in the realm of MEP coordination. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading Revit MEP and AutoCAD projects, with a proven track record of managing a team of coordinators through intricate project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead MEP coordination, directing a team toward the successful completion of project deadlines.

- Stage 2-4 coordination, still hands on!

- Conduct clash detection processes to ensure clash-free, precise drawings.

- Mentor and develop team members, enriching their understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system intricacies.

- Possess the ability to leverage additional tools such as Dialux Evo and MagiCAD, although not mandatory for the role.

- Demonstrate hands-on leadership, eagerly engaging in problem-solving and drawing reviews alongside your team.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience with Revit MEP and AutoCAD within the building services industry.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on teamwork and mentoring.

- Demonstrated ability to navigate MEP coordination challenges effectively.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
