This role involves overseeing the mechanical aspects of the project, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within the set schedule. The successful candidate will report directly to the Mechanical Project Manager, providing a clear line of communication and support.

Key responsibilities include maintaining quality assurance and driving subcontractors and trades to meet project deadlines. This role demands a proactive approach, with a focus on maintaining high standards of workmanship and ensuring that all mechanical works are executed efficiently and effectively.

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and M&E packages.
