Office Junior

Streamline Services are currently looking for an Office Junior for our client, an industry leading container transport specialist, based in Stanford-Le-Hope. 

This is a full-time, permanent position; Monday- Friday 8:30am-6pm, Salary NEG DOE. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle various administrative tasks; photocopying, filing, answering calls and data entry
• Distribute mail, manage office supplies, and ensure office equipment is in working order
• Run errands, pick up supplies, or assist different teams as needed
• Provide support to various departments, including fleet accounts & POD as required
• Perform any other office-related tasks or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management team
• Arrange lunch and refreshments for meetings

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to different tasks and responsibilities
• Demonstrated reliability and a proactive approach to work
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
