Position: 2D MEP CAD Coordinator
Location: South East London
Reporting to: CAD Manager
Responsibilities:
- Transform MEP design layouts into accurate Construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Draft various Mechanical & Electrical systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Interpret hand-drawn sketches, incorporating changes with minimal supervision.
- Conduct site surveys to ensure drawn information accuracy throughout the project.
Qualities & Skills Required:
- Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with other CAD systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of GML CAD standards.
- Building services environment experience with an understanding of Mechanical & Electrical engineering terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills, including proficiency in document management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Self-motivated, responsible, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Flexible attitude towards work and hours.
