Streamline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a motivated Dispatch Coordinator. This role is integral in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's logistics activities. If you are detail-oriented and excel in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage delivery schedules and routes.
- Distribute assignments to drivers to meet operational goals efficiently.
- Track daily delivery activities and update systems with precise information to ensure successful completion of pick-ups and deliveries.
- Provide support to drivers, assisting them with problem-solving.
- Communicate with customers as needed to gather additional information or address service issues.
- Report any delivery issues to management and prepare productivity and performance reports.
This is a part time role Monday + Friday 11am - 8pm.
£28-32k ( pro rata )
