Streamline Recruitment are currently dealing with recurring client of ours who are looking for an ambitious Electrical Project Manager to join their Commercial Fit out team in Central London.

Duties 

1. Reporting into a Project Director 
2. Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office
3. Oversee Electrical Site Supervisors 
4. Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time.
5. Dealing with sub - contractors
6. Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports.
7. Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation.

Requirements

1. SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed.
2. Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred. 
3. Has experience within commercial projects.
4. Previous experience as a Electrical Project manager  
5. Stable CV
6. Understanding of the Commercial aspect of Construction
