Position
We are currently working with a fantastic M&E contractor who are family owned business who are looking for a Electrical Supervisor/Site Manager to join their team on a new school project in Hoddesdon. This will be a 28 week programme with a project value of around £2,000,000.
The company
The currently that we have partnered with are a well established company who have a head count of around 250 with a company turnover of £(phone number removed) making them one of the larger independent firms in London at the moment. Their client base consists of working with large Tier 1 businesses such as Wates and Vinci.
Duties & Experience
- Must have experience in school builds or commercial schemes
- Will be reporting into a Project Manager, with the PM visiting site 2-3 times per week
- Overseeing sub - contractors - both mechanical & electrical
- Responsible for the delivery of the project
- Overseeing RAMS
- Toolbox talks
- Client facing when the PM is not on site
