Role Responsibilities:
As a Document Controller, you will be the cornerstone of the project’s documentation process, ensuring all M&E packages are meticulously managed. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and controlling project documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinating with Project Managers and Directors to support office administrative tasks.
- Maintaining an organised document control system, facilitating easy access and retrieval of information.
- Ensuring timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation for project meetings.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Document Control, ideally within the construction or M&E sectors.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
