Job Role
We are currently working with a family owned contractor who specialise in residential schemes, they are currently looking for a Electrical Supervisor to join their residential team.
Company Overview
The company that Streamline Recruitment are currently liaising with are a contractor that specialise within the residential sector, they work with some of the UKs biggest developers such as Countryside, Berkeley Group, Vistry Group and Hill Partnerships. The contractor has a low turnover of staff due to their strong orderbook with repeat clients and progressive structure.
Duties
- Reporting into a Project Manager
- Dealing with sub contractors
- Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
- Dealing with specialist sub - contractors
Requirements
- SSSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
- Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred
- Has experience within commercial projects
- Must have a good understanding of residential schemes
- Stable CV
