Job Role

Streamline Recruitment dealing with a fantastic client of ours who are looking for an ambitious Mechanical Site Manager to join their commercial team in , Central London.

Duties 

• Reporting into a  Project Manager 
• Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office
• Dealing with sub contractors
• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
• Dealing with sub - contractors
• Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports
• Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred 
• Has experience within commercial projects
• Previous experience as a mechanical project lead
• Stable CV
• Understanding of the commercial aspect of construction
