Mechanical Site Manager

Company Overview 

Streamline Services are dealing with one of the fastest growing M&E businesses within the UK that specialise within the residential sector. They are looking for a Electrical Site Manager who is looking to grow within a company long term.

With an order book already full for the next year there will be no shortage of projects for the right candidate.

Duties

• Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager
• Attendance of meetings on-site
• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
• Responsible for
• Dealing with sub - contractors
• Responsible for QA works for the electrical packages 
• Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client 

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred 
• Has experience within residential projects
• Previous experience as a electrical project lead
• Stable CV
• Must have a good understanding of the shell & core and Fit Out packages
