Mechanical Site Manager

Company Overview 

Streamline Services are dealing with one of the fastest growing M&E businesses within the UK that specialise within the residential sector. They are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager who is looking to grow within a company long term.

This is a great chance to join a family run business who have had record breaking turnovers year after year and have a brilliant financial backing from as they are part of one of the biggest umbrella groups within Europe.

With an order book already full for the next year there will be no shortage of projects for the right candidate.

Duties 

• Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager
• Attendance of meetings on-site
• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
• Responsible for
• Dealing with sub - contractors
• Responsible for QA works for the electrical packages 
• Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client 

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred 
• Has experience within residential projects
• Previous experience as a electrical project lead
• Stable CV
• Must have a good understanding of the shell & core and Fit Out packages
