Rate: £270 - £290 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a Commercial Fit-Out project in Stevenage, with a mechanical value of £2.5 million. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project team and oversee the mechanical aspects of a high-profile build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising mechanical installation works on site.
• Ensuring that the mechanical services are being installed in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Liaising with the Project Manager to report progress, issues, and delays.
• Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality control.
• Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, preferably in commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installations, and regulations.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• CSCS card (Black/Gold preferred) and SMSTS or SSSTS required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Contract Details:

• Start Date: Mid-March.
• Contract Basis: CIS.
• Rate: £270 - £290 per day (dependant on experience).
