M&E Project Manager

Role

We are looking for an M&E Project Manager with a mechanical bias to join a student accommodation project based in South West London. The pre-construction phase is currently underway, with the project expected to go live in 6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the mechanical and electrical aspects of the project.
• Ensure all works are completed to specification, on time, and within budget.
• Work closely with the project team and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Use computer software to track and report on project progress, budget, and timelines.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to address any issues and resolve them efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an M&E Project Manager with a mechanical bias, preferably in student accommodation or similar sectors.
• Strong computer skills and experience with project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple aspects of a project, from planning to execution.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
