Streamline Recruitment are currently working with a regional contractor who have a company turnover of over £1,000,000,000. 

They are looking for a Senior MEP Manager to join their London project in West Ham as they have had a brand new order book in place hence why the major recruitment serge.

Company Overview

Duties

• Will be responsible for managing the Mechanical & Electrical Package
• Reporting Into a M&E Project Lead
• Working alongside a one Mechanical and one Electrical Package Manager
• Formulate scope of works for M&E tender submissions 
• Responsible for overseeing a team of M&E Managers 
• Overseeing all sub - contractors on site

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
• Working for a M&E sub contractor or Tier 1 contractor is preferred 
• Has experience within high end commercial or residential projects
• Previous experience as a M&E Project lead
• Knowledge of working on projects with values of up to £150,000,000
• Stable CV
• Must have a stable CV
• Understanding of the commercial aspect of construction
