Job Role

We are currently representing one of the biggest fit out contractors that specialise in high end joinery and fit out packages.This will be for a high - end project based in Central London. They are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their progressive and growing team

Company Overview 

The company are a very progressive and established fit out specialist that have recently had a successful company turnover of just over £(phone number removed) and have been trading for just shy of 40 years. The company are a global contractor with fantastic opportunities around the globe also.

Duties 

• Management of the end-to-end Joinery packages on site.
•  To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the relevant subcontractor.
• Present the progress onsite to leadership. Report to Project Manager and liaise with other key members of the team such as QS/Design/Planning ensuring work is carried out in line with quality standards.
• To work collaboratively with the internal site and teams, along with external contacts.
• To report and record progress program plans and deadlines.
• Chair regular meetings on site with subcontractors, ensuring accurate delivery.
• Manage, and report on all subcontract/supplier activities.

Requirements

• SMSTS 
• Full driving licence
• have a strong joinery background and have extensive joinery management experience on interior fit-out type projects. 
• Flexibility to travel 
• Good technical knowledge
• Be able demonstrate experience in working to deadlines and delivering works on time 
• Experience of managing multiple teams
