Streamline Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Help Desk & Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of the help desk, ensuring that all client requests are handled promptly and with attention to compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Requests Management
- Compliance & Maintenance Coordination
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards for all PPM & reactive tasks and coordinate with the account team to keep them updated.
- Track and monitor compliance documents and certifications, making sure they are accurately logged and maintained.
- Process updates from suppliers, obtaining additional information and quotes as needed.
- Upload all updates to the system and client portals to maintain transparency and organization.
- Prepare and send regular client reports, ensuring they include all necessary compliance information.
- Maintain thorough records of all activities, permits, and compliance documentation on system.
- Out-of-Hours Coverage
Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00, + OOO support 1 in 10.
