Streamline Recruitment are dealing with one of London's biggest fit out contractors who are looking for a Mechanical Pre Construction Manager to join their growing M&E division. This is one of our best clients within the sector who really value their staff and who we have a great rapport with. Ideally, the company would like the individual to be from an estimating background so Mechanical Estimators

The business are very busy across their main sector that is predominantly commercial  Fit Out.

Reporting into a Divisional Director there is a massive scope to progress long term as well.

With a record company turnover of three hundred million pounds this is a brilliant chance to progress with a business that looks after their staff long term.

Duties 

• Reporting into a Mechanical Divisional Director  
• Office Based role
• Overseeing all 
• Stage 2 & 3 design and creating scope for the projects;
• Budgeting using a schedule of rates;
• Assisting Clients and Landlords in obtaining the correct information by providing them with RFI schedules and trackers.
• Surveying the projects and producing reports, where required.
• Costing and organising validations as well as providing technical support to the project managers with formulating the report;
• Marking up, managing the drawings production, and checking all mechanical and public health drawings before being issued.
